Once loved by the Romans, Recioto is a sweet wine, from the grape varieties of Corvina, Rondinella and a small percentage of Molinara.
This excellent sweet wine has an intense ruby colour. When young it boasts an intense flavour of cherry, while ageing reveals notes of jam and plums.
The palate is powerful, balanced, warm and velvety.

FOOD PAIRING AND SERVING TEMPERATURE.
This wine is particularly suitable for dark chocolate desserts, dried fruit-based shortcrust pastry and the typical Pandoro cake from Verona.
Serve preferably fresh and decant for at least an hour before drinking.
